3. How Uploaded Images & Content Are Handled

• No Unpermitted Public Disclosure: Your Source Content and generated output images remain private to your account and are not shared publicly or made searchable to other users, unless you explicitly choose to export or publish them.
• AI Model Training Policy:
  • Option A (Default Protection): We do not use your uploaded Source Content or generated product images to train, fine-tune, or improve public or foundation AI models without your explicit consent.
  • Option B (If you use user data for internal model improvement): We may use anonymized, aggregated images and generation data solely to train and optimize our internal proprietary image-generation algorithms. You may opt out of data usage for model training in your Account Settings.
• Third-Party AI Vendors: If our pipeline passes image requests through third-party AI model providers (such as cloud hosting infrastructure or specialized API models), your images are transmitted securely via encrypted APIs and are subject to contractual terms that prohibit those providers from using your visual data for their own independent model training.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Source & Generated Assets: Uploaded photos and generated studio images are retained in your account storage for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with service history.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated visual assets at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion tool. Upon request, we will permanently purge your uploaded photos and generated images from our primary storage within [30 days], except where retention is legally required.
